I train professionals so that they can apply new skills effectively.
Training is most fun when the people I work with feel challenged enough to be excited and relaxed enough to still be curious to themselves and each other.

Leadership
In collaboration with Takacs & Verheijden, I leed the leadership training programs for assistant professors, associate professors, and full professors at various universities. Over a period of six months to a year, we dive into leadership theory with a group of professors, incorporating numerous exercises and plenty of self-reflection. The main goal: to create the time and space for the professors to master valuable and essential leadership skills.

Conflictmanagement
Imagine: a manager who can remain present during tense moments, who sets boundaries, encourages listening, and who dares to make clear and well-founded decisions afterward. Who wouldn't want that?
That's what we will work on during this training: turning conflicts into opportunities and training professionals in the skills and mindset to handle these tense situations well.

Presentation Skills
A mix of: 1. basic techniques for every presentation; 2. developing your own presentation style; and, 3. practicing interaction and tools.
We'll also explore online presentations: how to make an online presentation engaging, both for your audience and for yourself.
I work with all presentation formats: from large auditoriums of 100+ people to boardrooms and even sitting meetings. Together, we'll explore which techniques and styles are best suited to your presentations.

Feedback
A fundamental skill for every professional that few people master. That's because so much is involved: your own opinion, stress, your feelings, and then also those of others.
With the right technique, anyone can become a star at receiving and giving constructive feedback. And if you master this, you can suddenly express yourself freely, and the other person will see it as a gift. What a win.
