Hi, I am Monte
and I aim to inspire, support and train people, teams and organisations to get the best out of themselves.
I inspire audiences to take a glance into the world of tomorrow. With a fresh, positive and honest style, I talk about future human behaviour and what audiences want and need to hear. I’m one the five speakers at Whetston.
I train teams and leaders on collaboration and leadership skills, in MBA’s, with professors in academia, on outdoor in the Ardennes and in tailor-made programs for any organisation. I work a lot with the Takacs & Verheijden collective.
The success of any organisation lies in the quality of the working relationships within the organisation. At Bridgeworks we combine consultancy, training and couple therapy insights to better relations within team, and thus outcomes. I’m one of the co-founders of Bridgeworks.
The core of everything I do stems from Sociology.
I immediately felt at home in a study that researches humans and society and all the ways they influence each other. The sociological mindset is to explore from all possible angles and without judgement. Only then, you can truly understand what’s going on. A deep understanding always leads to the ability to inspire, to improve and to grow.
